Devised novel real estate strategies to solve intractable problems; examples: Great Baltimore Land Rush event sold over 300 "unmarketable" city parcels in one day increasing City tax revenues while decreasing maintenance costs; initiated tri-party multimillion dollar property exchange to expedite federal court order to resolve overcrowding at City Jail; orchestrated joint venture to redeploy office space, consolidate public safety agencies, and resolve issues at a crowded, dilapidated courthouse; netted $1 million on negotiated sale of obsolete building with negative value capturing corporate HQ for blighted area creating taxes, jobs, and saving thousands of dollars in annual operating expenses.
