Jeremy has been a member of the firm since 2003. He began working with Hentschel Real Estate Services during high school as an office assistant and progressed to the post of research associate while earning his BA from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and his MFA in Creative Writing from American University. Jeremy is the firm's communications director and principal creative resource. Currently Jeremy resides in  Los Angeles where he serves as the firm's West Coast representative. Jeremy not only performs primary and secondary research but is the editor for all reports prepared and issued by the firm.
